The Par 3 course will be open on MONDAYS for Open Play starting this next week. Play will be first come, first served basis. No reservation will be needed.

PLEASE NOTE: Other than Mondays, tee times are REQUIRED, as well as greens fees for your guests.

On July 27th, the Board approved the Par 3 course to be open on Mondays for Open Play. Play will be first come, first serve. No reservation will be needed.

The course will be open for Monday Open Play beginning August 10th. The course will not be available Monday, August 3rd.

Informal playdays on Wednesday and Thursday mornings. MEN play WEDNESDAY mornings at 9:15am (bring $5). WOMEN play THURSDAY mornings at 8:30am. No need to sign up - just show up. Teams will be drawn and play starting shortly after. (You do not need to be a member of MGA, WGA or the Par 3 Assoc).) Lots of fun and a great way to hang out with friends and neighbors. Congratulations to Sheryl Baus on her Hole In One on hole #4 on the Par 3 course! Luckily, she was enrolled in the hole-in-one pot, so she went home with some big bucks (over $1000)! This is the second hole-in-one since the course opened last fall.

Ladies, don’t forget about our fun Thursdays on the Par 3 course! Just show up at 8:30 with play starting by 8:45. Laid back, scramble format with fun friends! You can walk the course or bring a cart if needed. This is planned for every Thursday, weather permitting. 🏌️‍♀️😄

Hole in One Guidelines:

- 50% of the Hole-in-One funds will be distributed to the Hole-in-One winners!
- 50% of the funds will go towards maintenance and improvements of your new course.
- MONTHLY payout! If no Hole-in-Ones, the payout rolls over to the next month – potential to grow throughout the year!
- The player must be registered on the Chelsea Tee Sheet before playing, play least 9 holes on the Par 3 golf course, play with at least 1 other players, and the scorekeeper and a playing witness must sign the scorecards.

We had 100 golfers participate in our inaugural tournament on April 25th, playing a two-person scramble format. Divisions played included Men’s, Women’s and Coed, with players of all ages! It was a beautiful day filled with laughter, lost balls, competition and friendship. If you weren’t there, you missed out on the brisket
tacos (thank you, Jeremy!) and hotdogs, paired with an abundance of drinks to finish the round. Cash prizes were given for Closest to Pin awards and flight winners! Kiowa members and guests were all welcome to play. Thanks for a fun, successful day!
