We promise you, CrossFit is indeed for everyone! The hardest part is often just getting in the door, and it's only up from there. Whether you want to come in for Open Gym hours and do your own thing or follow the WOD on the board, or come in for many of our coached classes for both All-Levels & Beginner's, we've got options for you to take control of your own fitness journey, to make it what you w
ant, with a community behind you! Our gym motto is "Get better every day" and here's some ways we follow it:
-Be on time! For most of us it is the hardest thing to do. Start here!
-Do something every day to move you forward in your relationships, family life, professional life, spiritual life, mental life, physical life, emotional life.
-Exercise is the best medicine. Exercise is the most powerful form of medicine most of us never seem to take. Nutrition should be viewed as the safest form of medicine or the slowest form of poison. Mobility will restrict us in how we move about this world.
-Golden Rule: Treat others as you wish to be treated. We are community driven, when it rains we all get wet, we may train as individuals but we workout as a community.
-Follow: TECHNIQUE-CONSISTENCY-INTENSITY. If you don’t know how to use something, ask a coach, guessing could be dangerous. Don’t do stupid things; eliminate the unnecessary by listening to coaches.
- Introduce yourself to others. There are no strangers her at Super Fit. Support the community around you. Battle the people within ourselves.
-Listen and Learn. The best way for us to improve as individuals is to become educated in things that we do not know or understand.
-We have to be excited about what we do otherwise why the hell are we doing it? If its not a Hell Yeah! It’s a Hell NO!! Enjoy your training
-Be the best version of yourself. Life is hard! Many people come here to get away from it, they don’t want to hear you complain treat this gym like your dojo-a place you go to practice being the best you can be.
-Challenge yourself. How do you stay motivated? Answer: Challenge! Challenge Expectation. Challenge your behaviors. Show the body what real stress is so we can reset our frame of reference or reset our body’s set point for stress. Develop a mindset for the unexpected and you will learn New Skills. Leave your Comfort Zone.
