With Screven being called off, we are changing directions and heading North instead of South! We will be in attendance for the Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series race at Friendship Motor Speedway.

Started 22nd Saturday night and went a lap down early. Was able to get back on the lead lap and fight to a 12th place finish. Thanks to Norman and the Nichols Plumbing crew for the opportunity.

Sunday at Wythe Raceway was rained out.

Will be back in action this weekend at Screven Motor Sports Complex with the Southern Nationals Series.

We will be piloting the Norman Nichols owned #5 Longhorn at Cherokee Speedway tomorrow night with the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series.

Will be back in the #2 for Wythe Raceway Sunday with the Southern Nationals Series.

Battled up front all night with the Crate Racin' USA series this past weekend. Wound up finishing 3rd in the Harvey Jones Memorial at All-Tech Raceway.

This weekends races have been canceled due the heat wave in the Carolinas.

Our next outing will be with the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series at Cherokee Speedway July 11th.

Came home with a 5th place finish at Harris Speedway this past weekend, was a little off all night. Taking this weekend off.

This past Saturday night, Layton Sullivan powered Dennis "Rambo" Franklin's famed number two machine to a $3,000 victory with the Blue Ridge Outlaw Late Model Series at Lancaster Motor Speedway.

The win returned one of the most recognizable cars in regional dirt Late Model racing to a place it has visited many times before, Lancaster Motor Speedway Victory Lane.

As a lot of fans know, Franklin is no stranger to success at Lancaster. With seven Super Late Model victories, he ranks second on the track's all-time Super Late Model wins list. However, Saturday's victory marked the first time the No. 2 team had celebrated in Lancaster's Victory Lane since Franklin's Ultimate Super Late Model victory in September 2021.

The win was also a milestone for Sullivan, who captured his first career victory at Lancaster in just his seventh start at the track. Dating back to his Crate Late Model appearances, Sullivan has now recorded three consecutive podium finishes at the "big half-mile." The victory also gave Sullivan back-to-back Blue Ridge Outlaw Late Model Series wins after his recent triumph at Wythe Raceway.

For Franklin, the victory was another reminder that the iconic No. 2 team remains a contender wherever it unloads. It was especially encouraging to see him back at the track and doing well during his recovery from a recent medical procedure.

Saturday night's win added another chapter to the famed number two’s long history at Lancaster Motor Speedway, and if recent performances are any indication, it may not be the last trip to Victory Lane for Franklin and Sullivan this season.
