🚨 Practice Update 🚨

Due to ongoing air quality concerns, Thursday’s outdoor practice has been moved to Friday and will now be held indoors at Hardcore Fit to help keep our athletes safe.

Thank you for your flexibility and understanding. The health and safety of our athletes will always come first.

After careful consideration, we have determined that practicing on the surface of the sun is not part of our training plan.

Yes, we’re still on for practice tonight!

We know it’s going to be HOT, so please make sure every athlete brings plenty of water and comes ready to stay hydrated. We’ll be taking water breaks as needed and keeping a close eye on everyone.

The heat won’t stop us—we’re going to work hard, stay safe, and rock it! 💛🖤

We promise we’re not trying to break a record for weather cancellations. 😅☔ Unfortunately, Mother Nature has other plans, so tonight’s practice is canceled. Thank you all for your patience—we’re just as ready to get back out there as the athletes are. Stay safe, and we’ll see everyone soon! 💛🖤

Unfortunately, the rain isn’t letting up. With wet conditions all day and rain expected through practice time, tonight’s practice is canceled.

As much as we’d love to be out there tonight, Mother Nature has other plans. With rain moving in and storms expected later, we’re cancelling practice for this evening.

Safety always comes first. Take the night to rest, stretch, and get ready for our next practice.

Unfortunately, the weather had other plans for us tonight and practice was cut short. Thank you to everyone who came out and worked hard while we could!

We’ll be back at it on Monday and ready to make up for lost time. Enjoy the rest of your week and we’ll see everyone at practice Monday! 💛🖤
