Getting back to myself.

I’ve had so much life happen, it’s easy to get sucked into the riptide of problems and worry the devil has for us.

There’s a lot of value in sitting with God and just talking to Him.

So that’s what I’ve been doing a lot.

Simply asking God to lead me, to help me and I will boldly follow.

To any of you feeling lost, sad or not ready for the day, I gotta tell ya, God loves you as you are.

Right now is the best time to pray and lean into Him for guidance and leadership.

If you find it hard or difficult to talk to God, DM me.

I would be honored to pray for you and help you heal the wounds that you’ve endured for too long.

Until then, please say this prayer today. It will bring you some inner peace you finally need.

What’s very special, is back in the 90’s my parents were published in the news for the work they did on “Roberts Rotoneck”. The guitar company they started across the street from .

Fast forward to last December (yes I lagged it hard posting this) when I was presented with my own plaque and published article.

This is something I never thought would happen. I know my Dad would be proud and my mom was ecstatic!

You're eyeing that holiday spread, and you gotta make a choice.

Natural turkey or the vegan science experiment?

Natural turkey, it's like the OG of Thanksgiving, simple and real.

No crazy additives, no mystery fillers. Just good ol' bird with natural vibes.

Now, the vegan stuff, some of it comes with a side of chemicals and fillers.

Textured Soybean Protein (TSP): Processed for meat-like texture, some may find the extrusion cooking method less natural.

Soybean Oil: While a common ingredient, excess soybean oil consumption may be a concern due to its omega-6 fatty acid content.

Raw Cane Sugar: Added sugars might be a drawback for those monitoring their sugar intake. And also why is there sugar in a Fu**in Turkey?

Carrageenan: Used as a thickening agent, some studies suggest potential concerns.

Vegetable Extract (pea, carrot, sodium phosphate tribasic): While peas and carrots are nutritious, sodium phosphate tribasic may be considered a less natural additive.
