Frostburg Summer Day Camp The Frostburg Summer Day Camp Program is open to children ages 5-12. Children DO NOT need to be residents of Frostburg to register.

The City of Frostburg Summer Day Camp is open to children ages 5-12. Children do not need to be residents of the city to register. Each week, we take field trips to local businesses to learn more about what is going on in our local community. Each day we visit the Frostburg Pool to swim! The Summer Day Camp Program is designed to nurture the overall development of the child. We fully expect to cre

ate an environment in which each camper will derive physical, mental, emotional, and social benefits from their camp participation. Our goal is to leave each individual camper with positive memories that will last a lifetime! Director: Tammie Ward

Drop Off Location: 202 Water St
You may park & walk your camper to the door, or you may pull through the loop & let them hop out if they’re familiar with us!

Must bring: swimsuit, towel, sunscreen
May bring: water bottle, floaties/lifevest
*** Label ALL items ***

We do not have a lunch menu yet, so if you have a picky eater you may want to pack their lunch for tomorrow!

Normal drop off begins at 8AM & normal pickup is no later than 4PM! Early drop off begins at 7:30AM & late pickup ENDS at 4:30PM!

Registration is FULL, so we cannot accept any campers at the door in the morning who have not already registered OR spoken with Ms.Whitney!

As we begin to plan for summer, we are looking for guest speakers to come visit our campers! We love hosting community members who can share their passion or business in our town to make connections that last beyond our campers time with us. We also have the option to walk to you if you are within walking distance from our location. If this is something you would be willing to do for our campers, please reach out to our Director, Whitney, using our email: [email protected] .

We are accepting registrations for the 2026 season! We are excited to announce that this summer we will operate from 8AM - 4PM! You may also pay for early drop off (7:30) and late pickup (4:30) if your family needs it!

Not familiar with our program? Let us share some highlights:
- Almost all of our staff members are school teachers, counselors, or social emotional coaches in our local school systems.
- We kick off every morning with free play, it's our favorite!
- Each day we facilitate a whole group activity, host a guest speaker, or go on a walking field trip in town!
- Lunch is provided, but you are welcome to pack your own.
- Weather permitting, you can catch us at the pool each day from 12-3!
- We take campers age 5-12 and you DO NOT need to be a city resident to attend.
