There’s no one-size-fits-all athlete.
Every athlete has different strengths, different areas to work on, and different demands depending on their sport.
That’s why I pay close attention to mechanics. Small changes in positioning and form can help an athlete understand how they’re moving and what they need to work on.
And it’s not just about looking better when you run. The goal is to take those mechanics and connect them to what the athlete actually needs on the field, track, or court.
Good technique starts with good coaching.
If your athlete is ready to work on their speed, mechanics, and confidence, send me a DM and let’s talk.
