My name is Jeri Taylor.

I have been working with children for over 30 years and I have been licensed in my home for 18 years. I started out caring for my own children, nieces and nephews and then decided to start my own family childcare.
-We serve infants and children of all ages.
-I have 36 units in child development.
-We are CPR certified, background checked and all of that good stuff.
-I am a member of the Fresno

county family child care association where I have served as a board member.
-Our hours are 7:30 am to 6:00 pm.
-We are centrally located.
- We provide all meals which include breakfast or am snack, lunch, pm snack and dinner.
-We provide diapers, wipes, powder and formula.
- We will assist your child with potty training. My husband and I work together. We believe in building self esteem, while teaching manners, sharing, and respect for others. We will help prepare your child /children for school by teaching the basics: colors, numbers, alphabet, shapes and more. We like to teach through play and believe that children learn through what they are interested in. We always base our program on the children’s interest. I would like to say that we believe in continuity of care, we like to build relationships with families that will last a long time.

So here is a update of 2020 in my family child care business. We have remained open through this whole pandemic. We had ...

So here is a update of 2020 in my family child care business. We have remained open through this whole pandemic. We had a small group when covid-19 came to our valley and we have that same group of children enrolled now. We now have 2 distant learners in our group and fortunately we have the space to have designated learning areas and separate play space. We have been a year with no covid incidents and because of precaution we have had less colds this year.
On our off time we built a raised vegetable garden that the children enjoy planting and harvesting with. We built a fence around our front yard and we are looking forward to landscaping. I feel blessed to still be operating my business. It has been tough on family child care providers, trying to keep up with new standards, regulations and county restrictions but we are committed to caring the children of working parents.
