Strength has Conditioning was a full body workout today but focus on core at the end.

Some of our girls got to spar with PAL Boxer Jesus as he worked defense and they worked on footwork and offense. Great job boys everyone.

Jadyn boxed with us for 4 years, learned to be a half marathon runner with FPD runners & now works side by side us.

We look forward to watching Jadyn progress in her career at Fresno PD.
