Canes Midwest - Ferguson 11U won big over Newburgh Untamed 11U 10-2 on Sunday.

Canes Midwest - Ferguson 11U got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after Sophia B drew a walk, scoring one run, Anniston P drew a walk, scoring one run, and Kenadee R tripled, scoring three runs.

A triple by Brooklynn C extended the Canes Midwest - Ferguson 11U lead to 8-1 in the bottom of the second inning.

Canes Midwest - Ferguson 11U added to their early lead in the bottom of the third inning after F grounded out, and Mayson S singled to the left side of the infield, each scoring one run.

Brooklynn earned the win for Canes Midwest - Ferguson 11U. The hurler surrendered two hits and two runs (one earned) over three innings, striking out one and walking one. Oakleigh P led things off in the circle for Newburgh Untamed 11U. The starter surrendered zero hits and five runs over two-thirds of an inning, striking out none and walking six.

Kenadee led Canes Midwest - Ferguson 11U with three runs batted in from the number eight spot in the lineup. The outfielder went 2-for-2 on the day. Canes Midwest - Ferguson 11U got out to a 4-run lead in the first inning and held on for an 8-7 victory over Evansville Elite 2032 11U on Sunday. Evansville Elite 2032 11U closed the gap by scoring on a ground out, a triple, a ground out, an error, an error, a ground out, and a ground out.
