✨ A New Chapter with Bust a Groove ✨

These past three years have been such a journey of growth. I’ve developed into the health coach and fitness instructor I am today — and it all started with simply showing up to the gym and attending Herbalife health and fitness classes at local nutrition clubs.

I was blessed with an amazing coach who believed in me when I couldn’t see it for myself. His encouragement gave me the confidence to step into teaching, beginning with Move It Monday. From there, I became licensed in Zumba, Strong Nation HIIT, Mobility, and Silver Sneakers instructor .I’ve even had the opportunity to teach cardio drumming at the YMCA and for many different communities and populations.

So many of you have supported me along the way, and because of that, I’ve been able to share my passion for health, fitness, and creativity with countless people. For that, I am truly grateful. 💚

But I’ve also reached a point where I’ve outgrown the umbrella of licenses. Over the years, I’ve always created my own choreography and routines, which led to the creation of Bust a Groove — home of Move It Monday, Hip-Hop Steps, and new class styles to come.

This is a new season: Bust a Groove now stands on its own, with a clear direction that supports my family, my brand, and all of you who show up to move with me. It may look like scaling back, but it’s really laying the strong foundation needed for greater growth ahead.

The future is bright, and I’m excited to continue bringing you health, fitness, and joy — as your Herbalife coach and as the founder of Bust a Groove.
