Dear Executives of Mountain City Community,
This notice is issued on behalf of concerned members of the Mountain City Community regarding the status and affairs of our community.
We, the people of Mountain City Community, elected you as executives to manage and run the affairs of this community in trust. However, since assuming office, there has been a noticeable lack of transparency in your operations. To date, no general meeting has been convened to update the community on projects, finances, decisions, or the general welfare of Mountain City.
Due to this concern, we are formally calling for a *General Community Meeting* to address the state of the community and ensure accountability to the people you serve.
*Details of the Meeting:*
- *Purpose*: To receive updates on the affairs of Mountain City Community from the executives, address community concerns, and promote transparency and unity.
- *Attendance*: All executives are required to attend and present reports. All community members, stakeholders, and copied parties are invited.
- *Note*: This meeting will be held in a carnival atmosphere to encourage full community participation.
- *Security*: Police clearance has been obtained and officers from the Eastern Police Division will be present.
We request that the executives treat this meeting with the utmost respect and seriousness it deserves. The community seeks open dialogue, accountability, and a clear path forward.
Your cooperation and punctuality will be highly appreciated.
