Our Bulldogs are on the road again tomorrow, and thanks to the generosity of Hollie Williams & Family, our FHS Cheer girls will be fed, fueled, and ready for Friday Night Lights! 📣🐾

We are incredibly grateful for the families who continue to step up, support this team, and take such good care of our girls throughout the season. It truly takes a village, and ours keeps showing up. 🥹🫶🏼

📣 MEET THE 2026–2027 FREEPORT CHEER TEAM! 🧡💙

Before we begin our individual cheerleader spotlights, we want to introduce the full team representing Freeport this season!
Led by Coaches AC Sasser and Summer Melton, this team is ready to bring the energy, spirit and Bulldog pride all season long.

Throughout the season, we’ll be spotlighting each cheerleader individually so our community can get to know the personalities, talents and hearts behind the uniforms. Every girl brings something special to this team, and we cannot wait to celebrate each of them!

📣 HEY, FHS CHEER FAMILIES! WE HAVE NEWS! 🧡💙

We know we’re a little behind schedule 😂, but our 2026–2027 Cheerleader Spotlights are FINALLY coming! ✨

Stay tuned right here because we’ll be showcasing our girls one cheerleader at a time, starting with our freshmen and working our way through the team! We’re planning on sharing around three spotlights each week, so everybody will get their moment to shine. 📣✨

The football boys may have gotten a little head start on us this season 😉🏈… but the cheerleaders are coming! We promise—they’re officially in the works!

And these beautiful spotlights will be brought to you by yours truly, Emily Ervin, our talented photographer and graphic designer. 📸 When you see them hit Facebook, make sure you show Emily some love for her work AND, most importantly, show these girls some BIG BULLDOG LOVE in the comments! 🧡💙

Friday Night Lights are taking us to Gulf Breeze as our Bulldogs hit the road to take on the Dolphins!

📣 CHEER PARENTS — little heads-up! If you’ve never been to this field before, BRING YOUR CHAIRS! Seating is definitely not the best, so you’ll be much happier having your own chair.

And prepare for a long drive. Give yourself PLENTY of extra time getting there because that 5 o’clock traffic heading toward Gulf Breeze can be brutal. 🚗😵‍💫 Better to get there early than be watching kickoff from the car!

Safe travels, Bulldog family! Let’s pack those sidelines, get LOUD, and bring that Freeport spirit on the road! 🧡💙🐾

⏪🏈 GAME DAY: DECADES—BACK IN TIME! 🏈⏪

As the Bulldogs head to Arnold today, we’re celebrating the game-day theme by turning back time through the cheer years of our senior captain, Viv. 💙🧡

The uniforms have changed, the bows have gotten bigger and the little girl on the sidelines has grown into the young woman leading them—but her love for cheer has remained.

Today, we celebrate every season, every trophy, every Friday night and every memory that brought her here—from her first days in a bow to leading the Bulldogs as senior captain.

This is Viv’s short Hall of Fame: a look back at the journey that made her and the legacy she is still creating.

We are TWO DAYS away from Friday’s game at Arnold and we STILL need someone to provide our POST-GAME/BUS MEAL for our cheerleaders and coaches! 🚌🧡💙

Our girls have a LONG day on game days, and that meal on the ride home is so important. If you haven’t committed to a meal yet this season, PLEASE consider taking Friday! We need our whole cheer family to help make this happen. 🐾

⚠️ IMPORTANT FOR FRIDAY:
If we are unable to get a family to sponsor the post-game meal, parents will need to plan accordingly for their own cheerleader — either provide them dinner at the game, arrange for food on the way home, or pack them a dinner to take with them.

We definitely don’t want any of our girls riding home hungry after cheering all night, so PLEASE help us get this spot filled! 🙏🧡💙

Our girls are back on the road THIS FRIDAY, August 21st, at Arnold, and while our Pre-Game Meal is covered, we still need a family to sponsor our After-Game/Bus Meal! 🚌📣🧡💙

A HUGE thank you to the Smith family for taking care of our girls and coaches before the game! 🫶 Now we just need ONE family to step up and cover the ride home.

These are LONG game days, and making sure our 16 cheerleaders + 2 coaches have something to eat after the game means so much. ❤️
