This couldn't have come at a better time in my life where I needed a FRESH start!!

Perimenopausal struggle is REAL!! And although I had lost 20 lbs while getting my hormones in check NATURALLY, Christmas happened and ALOT OF PATIENTS keep bringing in those sweet treats... even now through Valentine's 🤣🤣🤣

SO..... I needed to Refocus and RESET and THIS EVENT was what I needed to get my head back in the game with a WOMEN'S METABOLISM WORSHOP....and FITNESS!
