Congratulations to Beau Breyman on his commitment to Southwestern Illinois College to continue his academic and baseball career! ⚾️

Beau holds a special place in our organization, as he was the very first Blue Jay. He was a part of the Blue Jays organization from 2019–2023 and has continued playing with a close-knit, Blue Jays-based group ever since.

Over the years, Beau has continued to work, develop, and progress into one of the top catchers in the state of Illinois. He is currently ranked as the #5 catcher in the state and the #64 overall player in Illinois.

While the rankings and accomplishments are something to be proud of, we are even more proud of the young man Beau has become and the work he has put in to earn this opportunity.

We are extremely proud of Beau and everything he has accomplished. We look forward to following his journey and seeing what his bright future holds!

Congratulations to Alex Athmer and his family on his commitment to John A. Logan College!

Alex was a big part of the Blue Jays organization during the 2022–2023 seasons and has remained part of a tight-knit, Blue Jays-oriented group over the last three years.

Alex is not only an extremely talented baseball player, but an even better young man. It has been a privilege watching him continue to grow and develop, both on and off the field.

We couldn’t be more proud of Alex and everything he has accomplished. Congratulations, Alex! We’re excited to see what the future holds for you at John A. Logan! ⚾️

There were 17 kids in the 10U division. The top 3 advanced to the finals, where Hudson out slugged the other 2 competitors! Great job Huddy!

15U Blue Jays end this weekend with a runner up finish in the gold bracket. Boys went 4-2 on the weekend losing to the eventual champion in both losses. Semi final was an epic 11 inning pitching dual that the Jays came out on top 2-0. Shout out to Blake Trust and Brayden O’Hara for a great performance. Well done gentlemen!!!

12U Blue Jays finish up their year at the SISBL vs SWIBL showdown with a W. We are so proud of this team and how far they have come. From only winning 6 games in their first year 4 years ago, to winning 30 this season. We know winning isn’t the only thing in the process, but the actual progression these guys have made is extremely noticeable. Thank you to the coaches, players, and parents for buying into what we are doing here and we are looking forward to another good season next year from these guys.

Also, shout out to Nixon Kolweier and Hudson Roderick for hitting bombs last night. Well done!
