The new year is here and as usual Lonna and I are up early. 2023 is in the rear view mirror and this year I have some lofty goals. 1. Support my wife and her work. 2. Get my puppy on a good path and keep Gus healthy. 3. Hit the gym, pushing for 230 bench, 25 pull-ups, 25 dips, 50 pushups. 4. Read more if I can stay awake. And as always spend time with my buddies. Go AVS and Nuggets and Buffs. Lastly, be a resource to my brothers and sisters in the Fire Service.

Happy Thanks giving to all. To all my fellow firefighters and Cops who still work the streets, I am thankful for all you do. I am so thankful that I can sleep in my own bed. Great memories of the all nighters station one and three.
