Everything we do at Crucible Performance is focused on not only forging championship caliber athletes, but more importantly building championship caliber people! We use the weight room as our classroom to teach you how to look at challenges differently and instead of running from adversity, we look to Cherish The Challenges, because that is when we grow. Life is full of peaks and valleys and learning how to learn from the adversity is important if you want to thrive! Great people and athletes get fired up when the challenge gets tougher! They know that the only way to truly get better is to turn up the heat and see what they can handle!

This is one of our favorite moments of the year!

Every year, we have the opportunity to do something that goes far beyond sets, reps, and workouts.

We get to invest in people. Believe in their potential. And hopefully become an inflection point in their story.

This year, we had some incredible applicants for our 2026 Crucible Performance Scholarship, and choosing wasn’t easy.

But the decisions have been made.

“Hells Bells Brother!”

If you’ve trained alongside Keith… you know that’s when he’s really working.

Coach Ryan first started coaching Keith 13 years ago, before Crucible even existed. Keith was a basketball referee who wanted to get in shape to keep up on the court. (Bonus: Ryan and Keith’s son played high school baseball together.)

Some of Ryan’s favorite coaching memories are watching Keith run sprints up and down the court, signature grunt and all.

After COVID, Keith found his way back to Ryan, this time at Crucible.

A lot has changed since that first session. Back then, Keith was a dad staying in shape for the game. Today, he’s a grandfather staying healthy and strong for his grandson.

What hasn’t changed: he still shows up. He still works. And “Hells Bells, Brother” still makes Ryan smile every time.

This is what we mean when we say you don’t need another gym, you need a coach. Someone who knows your story, walks alongside you, and is still in your corner more than a decade later.

Keith, thank you for trusting us. We’re blessed to coach you.

The big wins are easy to celebrate…

But most transformation is built in the quieter ones:
Showing up when you didn’t feel like it.
Adding five pounds.
Moving without pain.
Finishing what you started.
Choosing not to quit.

Those wins matter.

Keep stacking them.

One of our favorite things we get to do at Crucible Performance is give back to the community that has helped build this place.

And this year, we’re going bigger.

We’re not giving away one scholarship.

We’re giving away TWO.

This year, we’re awarding:

• 1 Athlete Gold Standard Scholarship with unlimited training
• 1 Adult Unlimited Training Scholarship

That’s more than $16,000 in scholarships this year alone.

We’ll also be awarding select finalist prizes valued at more than $1,500.

And after this year, Crucible will have given away more than $60,000 in scholarships over the past few years.
