Saturday at Irwindale Speedway for the was quite the ride! Pie Car 1 had an unfortunate run-in with the wall Friday night so Pie Car 2 really had to step it up. She did! After starting in the 12th poll position it was quite thrilling to pull up into 5th and finish on the track for an interview with the esteemed Trevor Huddleston. Cale Kanke was the winner of a mini bike courtesy of Coleman Powersports. Kanke won three Coleman Powersports "Hard Charger Awards" during the 2022 Spears SRL Southwest Tour Series season. His name was drawn out of a hat with the other "Hard Charger Award" winner's to win the bike. Congratulations Cale on another toy to attempt to keep away from dad!!! Cale was later pulled over in the pits for speeding. M.K. was.chasing him. :-)
