Week 4 of our Performance Block is where things get interesting. More intensity, more challenge, and a whole lot more to be proud of when Friday rolls around. Strength, endurance, and conditioning keep stacking, and this week we're adding something brand new to the mix - Saturday we launch PODIUM 🏆 — our newest class, and trust us, it's going to be a highlight of your week. Partner-based, performance-scored, and built around strategy, teamwork, and grit. It feels less like a workout and more like game day. Book early — this one will fill fast.

WEEKLY LINEUP:

MON – STRENGTH ENDURANCE: Strength meets stamina. A mix of strength and cardio movements that test your technique when fatigue starts to creep in — exactly the kind of training that builds mental and physical toughness.

TUE – HIIT: High-energy, high-output intervals designed to sharpen your repeat sprint ability and keep you pushing hard from the first rep to the last.

WED – STRENGTH (LB): All legs, all purpose. Squats, deadlifts, and unilateral work combine to build resilient, powerful legs that show up for you in every other session.

THU – SUMMIT: Partner-based aerobic conditioning that challenges you to sustain more work while keeping your heart rate in check. A great test of pacing, communication, and effort.

FRI – PUMP (UB): High-volume upper body training that builds muscle, improves endurance, and leaves your arms, shoulders, and chest feeling exactly how a Friday should feel.

SAT – PODIUM: It's here. Strength, conditioning, teamwork, and performance-based scoring make PODIUM unlike anything else on the schedule.

SUN – KB CLEAN CLINIC: Join Coach Pat while he breaks down proper Clean mechanics and how to avoid common mistakes (and bruised wrists!).

Meet Andrew and Danielle. They tackled the 8 Week Reset Challenge while balancing a busy post holiday schedule with three kids under 8!

Through consistent strength training and rebuilding simple daily nutrition habits, their body composition scans showed incredible results: Andrew shedding 14 lbs of fat and Danielle melted off 10 lbs, all while preserving their hard-earned lean muscle!

From keeping each other accountable to staying active on family vacations, they proved what’s possible when consistency meets partnership. 🤝

Summer schedules shift, but strong doesn’t take a season off.

This week is packed with workouts designed to build real strength, sharpen your conditioning, and show you exactly what consistent effort looks like when it adds up. Show up, put the work in, and let’s have some fun doing it.

WEEKLY LINEUP:

MON – STRENGTH (MIXED): Heavy and intentional. Dumbbell bench press and front squats lead the way, followed by accessory work that hits every angle and builds the kind of full-body strength you can feel.

TUE – SUMMIT: Steady pacing, longer work windows, and a serious test of your aerobic engine. This is where you learn what it means to pace with purpose and push without burning out.

WED – HYPER (UB): Upper body work with real depth. Pressing, pulling, carries, chin-ups, and stability challenges that bring your shoulders, core, and upper body together in all the right ways.

THU – CARDIO U: Shift gears and go! Short, sharp bursts of effort paired with smart recovery keep your heart rate honest and your mind locked in from start to finish.

FRI – BALANCED: Move well, lift well, perform well. Mobility, core strength, stability, and movement quality — the behind-the-scenes work that makes everything else better.

SAT – NOT XTX! It’s DEKA FIT! Not signed up yet? What are you waiting for? Looking for a teammate? Shoot us a DM and we can try and pair you! But you definitely don’t want to sit this one out.

Huge thanks to Brendan from veteran-owned B Rocked Massage for setting up during today’s 7:30 & 9:15 sessions and helping our members work through tight, sore muscles. Safe to say people walked out noticeably looser.

WEEKLY LINEUP:

MONDAY - SUMMIT: Full-body endurance and conditioning built to push your work capacity and mental toughness. You'll sweat, you'll grind, and you'll walk out feeling like you earned it. Plus, it's a great way to flush out MURPH!

TUE – PUMP: Upper body strength work focused on building real muscle and the kind of functional strength you'll feel both in the gym and in everyday life.

WED – CARDIO U: Heart rate-based conditioning that sharpens your aerobic engine, torches calories, and builds the endurance base that carries you through the summer.

THU – STRENGTH: Purposeful, progressive lifting that builds the foundation your body will thank you for all summer long. Show up, load the bar, and get to work.
