Week 4 of our Performance Block is where things get interesting. More intensity, more challenge, and a whole lot more to be proud of when Friday rolls around. Strength, endurance, and conditioning keep stacking, and this week we're adding something brand new to the mix - Saturday we launch PODIUM 🏆 — our newest class, and trust us, it's going to be a highlight of your week. Partner-based, performance-scored, and built around strategy, teamwork, and grit. It feels less like a workout and more like game day. Book early — this one will fill fast.
WEEKLY LINEUP:
MON – STRENGTH ENDURANCE: Strength meets stamina. A mix of strength and cardio movements that test your technique when fatigue starts to creep in — exactly the kind of training that builds mental and physical toughness.
TUE – HIIT: High-energy, high-output intervals designed to sharpen your repeat sprint ability and keep you pushing hard from the first rep to the last.
WED – STRENGTH (LB): All legs, all purpose. Squats, deadlifts, and unilateral work combine to build resilient, powerful legs that show up for you in every other session.
THU – SUMMIT: Partner-based aerobic conditioning that challenges you to sustain more work while keeping your heart rate in check. A great test of pacing, communication, and effort.
FRI – PUMP (UB): High-volume upper body training that builds muscle, improves endurance, and leaves your arms, shoulders, and chest feeling exactly how a Friday should feel.
SAT – PODIUM: It's here. Strength, conditioning, teamwork, and performance-based scoring make PODIUM unlike anything else on the schedule.
SUN – KB CLEAN CLINIC: Join Coach Pat while he breaks down proper Clean mechanics and how to avoid common mistakes (and bruised wrists!).
