Happy Labor Day weekend everyone! I hope you all enjoy your loved ones this weekend and let loose a little bit! These are the times we should cherish the most! Grocery haul for the weekend! Stayed tuned for a Sunday meal prep coming soon! Nutrition above all is the most important factor in your fitness journey. When I refer to nutrition, dieting, or eating healthy I believe in balance and eating the foods that make you happy, you don’t have to starve to lose weight! If you’re trying to gain weight just eat a little more. At the end of the day it all comes down to a caloric deficit or caloric surplus. I don’t believe in fad diets quick weight loss is not sustainable. Your fitness goals are a journey and investment in yourself.
