This class offers a full energetic reset. Release stress, and allow the body & mind to relax fully.

You’ll be guided through a meditation to deepen your state of consciousness. This will open the energetic systems for each of you to receive individual Reiki, an ancient Japanese practice of channeling energy through the body to create optimal healing.

A sound immersion of crystal singing bowls, thunder drum, sacred pyramid, and other instruments will offer vibrations to balance your energy & soothe the soul.

Dress comfortably and bring water. All props are provided but you’re welcome to bring your own.

Thank you to the Yogis . So grateful to you all for allowing me to guide tonight’s Sound Healing & Yoga Nidra (and a little reiki… shhhhh)

I’m always astounded by the way these practices can shift us, body, mind & spirit into alignment.

The world is heavy & can weigh us down, keep us stuck. I’m hopeful that through this practice we can find a way to reset, & find peace within so when the heaviness of the world seeps in… we are able to face it with a bit more grace and resilience.
