I’m back 😁

I took a HUGE break from social media and fell out of the habit of posting. Now, I want to build this page back up and way better than ever. Within that time, I also lost the habit of living the fitness lifestyle to the fullest. That needs to change.

My mission statement remains the same:

“My goal is to educate, motivate, and inspire generations to become the strongest and healthiest version of themselves.”

Use this as a reminder to look at your life with an outside perspective, and ask yourself:

“Why don’t I have the things I want?”

Odds are, you already know the answer and it’s up to you to make a change to get the things that you want in life!

🔥BIG BICEP SUPERSET🔥

Most of us only Curl with our palms facing up but that is only hitting one side of our biceps! There are two parts of this muscle, hence bi-cep. Palms up train your inner head and palms down or in a neutral position train the outer head. This superset will hit your outer head as well as your forearms! 😝

I used this superset myself to help grow my arms over this past year and oh boy it has it worked!! I highly recommend you guys try this out.

Just a little reminder today that you guys can do anything!! It’s funny we all train our muscles in the gym but many of us train our MIND!🧠 This is the most crucial thing to train in order to be successful in anything you do! Once you require the right mindset, it’s over. Your potential at this point is LIMITLESS!! Don’t say you can’t do something. Just cause you can’t do it now doesn’t mean you can’t do it in the future. Stop putting limits on yourself in step out of your comfort zone.

Act as if you’re hugging a tree to help you from pressing the weight. The bench is there to help keep you stable and the incline is to help focus a little more on your upper chest.
