As we prepare to open in Franklin Lakes, we’re looking for warm, motivated, reliable instructors who care about coaching, community, and creating an elevated member experience.

Lagree certification or fitness experience is a plus — but presence, professionalism, availability, and willingness to train matter too.

“Will there be 6AM classes?”

The answer is YES.

We know many of our future members need to work out before work, while others prefer midday or evening classes. Our goal is to build a schedule that supports real life—not the other way around.

Keep the questions coming. Every DM and email helps us shape Sculpt Method before we open. 🤍

I drove by after school drop-off and saw the old sign was officially down🙌

No construction yet. No machines yet. No mirrors yet.

But somehow, this made it feel real🤍

I got emotional sitting in my car because this space has been something I’ve prayed over, stressed over, planned for, and pictured in my head for months🙏

Sculpt Method is coming to Franklin Lakes.

And we’re just getting started.

Sculpt Method has signed its lease and is coming to Franklin Lakes.

Over the next several months, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at the entire process—from construction and design decisions to Megaformer delivery and instructor training.

This isn’t just the opening of a fitness studio.

It’s the beginning of a community built around strength, movement, and feeling your best.
