SSS PLAYERS , I want you to understand something—you should be proud of yourselves.

I see the work you’re putting in. I see you competing, encouraging each other, and getting better every day. Football isn’t about being perfect. It’s about effort, toughness, discipline, and being willing to get better.

I’m proud of the way you’re learning to play for the guy next to you. When one person makes a mistake, we pick him up. When one person makes a great play, we celebrate him. That’s what a team does.

Keep believing in yourselves. Keep listening to your coaches. Keep playing fast. Keep playing physical. And most importantly, keep playing together.
