Our private parties have quickly become a favorite, and this group of competitive dancers is proof! This was their SECOND private party with Alison Rogers because they loved it so much the first time.

Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, planning a special event, looking for a fun group activity, or interested in ongoing private sessions, we’re happy to create an experience that fits your needs.

It’s never too early to begin learning proper movement, strength, body awareness, and Pilates fundamentals with expert guidance. 🫶🏼💜👯‍♀️

Stronger for Summer ☀️💪

What started as a 6-week challenge turned into so much more than just workouts and nutrition.

Over the last 6 weeks, this group showed up with consistency, accountability, support, and the willingness to challenge themselves mentally and physically. Watching confidence grow, habits improve, strength increase, and community form has been incredibly rewarding.

Week 5 was a BIG one 💛

Travel.
Mother’s Day.
Birthdays.
Retirement celebrations.
5Ks.
Busy schedules.
Curveballs.
Real life.

And that’s exactly why this challenge matters.

This isn’t about being perfect for 6 weeks. It’s about learning how to keep showing up for yourself THROUGH life — not only when life is calm.

Some women were celebrating milestones.
Some were balancing family, travel, and events.
Some were simply trying to stay consistent through exhausting weeks, sickness, and don’t forget the crazy weather!

But little by little… habits are stacking.
Confidence is building.
Strength is growing.
And the community aspect of this challenge has been so special to watch.

I’m proud of every single person finding ways to move their body, fuel themselves better, prioritize their health, and still LIVE their life in the process 🤍

Because healthy habits should support your life… not isolate you from it.
