Mondays through Thursdays starting at 3:45 pm in the Wrestling Room, followed by Strength & Conditioning session from 4:30-5:30 pm.

Kara BiNali has been BUSY this summer! She was named to the All-Star dual at University of Nebraska Camp, losing to a Fargo All American in the final dual. She also represented Team Colorado at the 16u National Championships in Fargo North Dakota, which is recognized as the “Worlds Largest Wrestling Tournament”. We are proud of you Kara!
