Congrats to former FFCHS Wrestler Louden Elliott on his commitment to wrestle at Hunter College in NYC! Louden was a 2 time Colorado State Qualifier for the Trojans his Freshman and Sophomore seasons.

College signings are not just for Current Trojans! Congratulations to Makayla Taylor on signing to wrestle for Penn State Altoona! Makayla was a State Qualifier for FFCHS her freshman year and wrestled at Fountain Middle School before moving to Pennsylvania where she became a 2 time state medalist! Makayla is a Trojan Forever!

Class of 2026! Today we celebrate 7 GRADUATES! So many emotions; satisfaction, gratitude, but mostly PRIDE! You ladies did it, and you did it the right way. The first graduating class with 4 year letter winners, building blocks of our program. 2 Colorado Springs Metros Champs, 2 Coaches All Star Dual selections, 2 State Qualifiers, 2 School Record Holders. Everything you young women touched turned to golden memories! Forever Trojans!

ANNOUNCEMENT SUMMER PRACTICE 2025
We will start our Summer practice JUNE 3rd and practicing on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 8:00-10:00 am. These summer workouts are not mandatory, however they are important in building a culture and refining technique. For these sessions we will spend from 8-9 in the wrestling room, and 9-10 in the gym working directly with FFCHS Strength & Conditioning. Please bring both wrestling shoes and shoes to lift in (NO SLIDES OR CROCS). There will be no practice the week of June 23rd as all coaches will be in Nebraska at camp. However there is still lifting available with Strength and Conditioning from 9-10:00 am on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday that week, if you want to lift. Just stop by the weight room and tell the staff that you are with girls wrestling. Please reach out with questions?
