I gained 78lbs with my last son in 2006 and found it hard to lose the additional weight. My oldest son at 15yrs wanted me to get him the P90X workout for him. However, after 2 weeks of doing the program, he quit and I decided to do it. I started my first round on April 2, 2011 at 148lbs (size 12) and finished July 8, 2011 at 125lbs (size 4). I decided to become a Team Beachbody Coach to help inspire and help others to get back in shape like I did!

48 years young.....hit the gym early, got in 30 min treadmill (low intensity calorie burn) and knocked out a great upper body chest workout.

As we ladies age...HIIT cardio becomes something that just doesn't always work for us AND our hormones. In most cases it can cause havoc. We loose anywhere from 3-5% of our muscle mass every 10 years, so weights benefits our aging bodies tremendously.

Ladies......grab you some weights and start lifting!!! Your muscles and bones will love you!
