Lady Knights take a tough loss in Regionals.
Far from what we wanted, but these ladies had a heck of a season. 16-4 overall record, (unofficially highest winning % in school history), brought home our first Sectional Championship in 9 years. Overall this has been a fantastic season with lots of growth. We also can’t thank our fans enough for all of your support all season long. Tonights turnout was nothing short of amazing.

A huge final thank you and best of luck to our awesome Seniors that we got to share this season with, Addi Wright & Brooklynne Adams!

Now it’s time to continue building this program and see where it takes us.

The Northeastern Knights Softball team has won the 2026 IHSAA Softball Sectional #44 and will host Eastern Hancock in the IHSAA Softball Regional Championship!

Northeastern’s Addisyn Wright comes up clutch twice tonight with a game tying homerun in the bottom of the sixth, then coming through facing elimination with a two outs in the 7th with a 2 RBI base hit to send the Lady Knights to the Sectional Championship versus Centerville 🥎
