There is nothing more frustrating than trying to take care of a food plot on top of a mountain. This is by far the hardest plot on the farm but for whatever reason, always holds deer! We are a small, family-owned outfitting service in northern Kentucky. We rarely post much due to our incredible repeat client base. There is not much need to advertise nor junk up people’s news feed. I don’t know if a lot of people here even know that we are also a licensed fishing outfitter service (which makes up over 40% of our annual outfitting services) because we stay booked based on repeat clients and word of mouth referrals. I reached out to Marty at Tri-State Mobile Marine recently due to a few needed repairs to my boat. My back went out about a week ago and I sure needed the help and boy did he ever come through for me! He took care of issues that I never thought would be taken care of so quickly. I highly recommend this guy. I have no connection to him besides finding his business card in a local bait shop. I was very pleased to find out that he runs his business like we do. Very simple and the biggest thing is just be honest and give your best!

Now booking for turkey opener, the weekend of April 18. Your choice of two or three day hunts. This will be for a party of two minimum or three people maximum. This is just for opening weekend. After opener, we have no minimum for party size for two or three day hunts. As everyone knows, we offer a limited number of hunts due to being a small outfitting service so that we can give you the best chance of harvesting your gobblers! Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and Veterans Day! We have had a great season here at River Refuge Outfitters. Thanks to all previous clients and thanks to the new ones for giving us a shot this year! We hope to see you all again soon!
With that being said….
It’s that time of the year again when we officially open Doe Days! This is a great time to come out and fill the freezer! We understand here at River refuge that not everyone wants/or can afford full multi-day hunts with meals/lodging etc. We are going to offer $400 doe days to military/first responders per person per day without lodging. $500 for non military or first responder. We will still offer our 2 day hunts with lodging for $1,000.00 if you want to stay here on the property (additional cost to include meals).
Give us a call to reserve your dates! We only offer a limited number of these hunts to keep our deer at a good ratio so get ahold of me before we fill up! 859-445-3667.
