Was checking on the cows before dark this evening and saw these two coyotes. I've been hunting them at other places and haven't on my property yet this year. Might have to give it a try next week.

Found this monster after he was hit by a hunter last season. He made it thru this season so we decided to take a look at him last week but he had already shed. Really hope his antlers are found or better yet the hunter can seal the deal this season!

Well I think I'm done hunting for this season. If you still plan on hunting be careful about any "does " you might take. I went out for one more this evening and had a completely shed and half rack buck come by. A mistake could easily happen near dark or just by not looking hard enough first.

Found this one over 36 hours after it was shot. It was hit in the neck. I guess the video got deleted because I can't find it.

Found this one 38 hours post shot tucked up under a tornado blow down. It was hit in the gut and while it wasn't dead for the whole 38 hours it had definitely been gone for a while. Video in the comments.

Another public land buck that made it. This footage was from a follow up about 30 hours post shot to see if he was doing better or worse. He was feeling good enough to scent check does and make a rub.
