Celebrate Earth Day with a fun and interactive yoga class for the whole family!

We’ll stretch like trees, flow like water, and move like animals as we explore simple ways to care for our planet—and ourselves. This class is designed for all abilities, with playful partner poses, games, and calming breathing activities you can take home and use anytime. No yoga experience needed!

I was honored to be invited to Career Day at IES! I had the pleasure of teaching kindergartners how yoga:

💪🏼 makes our bodies strong
🧠 helps our brains focus
🫀 supports our hearts feeling happy

We compared chaos to calm, talked about how important it is to listen to your body, and learned that we each have a magic tool inside of us that we can use anytime, anywhere - our breath! - to help us feel better. 😮‍💨

Art + Movement is moving to FRIDAYS! We can’t wait to keep this class going and make it more convenient for the homeschool community and no-school days!

We are moving and making all kinds of fun things on Fridays at WheelCraft Studio! Bring your kids for 30 minutes of yoga with Allie, a certified children's yoga instructor, and 30 minutes of art with Megan!

We meet one our per week for 9 weeks from March 27-May 22

Sign up for all 9 weeks and get a discounted rate for $180
Drop- ins welcome for $25/class. Pay upon arrival
