At North Crowley Baseball, we believe accountability has to exist at every level of our program—from staff to players and, just as importantly, player to player.
Over the past several days, our players were given the opportunity to define what they believe our program should stand for. They submitted ideas, discussed what matters most to them, and ultimately voted on the standards they want to represent this season.
These are not standards handed down by the coaching staff. They were chosen by our players, which gives them ownership of both the expectations and the responsibility to hold themselves and one another accountable.
These are our NC Baseball Standards for the season and the expectations we have chosen to live by every day.
