Good morning parents. The school year has begun and we are ready to work as a baseball program. The first step is getting your athlete cleared to play. The coaching staff has instructed the boys to get a physical and RankOne forms turned in as soon as possible. They cannot participate in the athletic period until all forms are turned in. North Side High School proudly announces the promotion of Coach Cortez, formerly Assistant Baseball Coach, to Head Baseball Coach!
Coach Cortez has demonstrated outstanding dedication, leadership, and a deep commitment to the development of our student-athletes. His passion for the game, strong work ethic, and ability to inspire players both on and off the field have made a lasting impact on our program.

I want to thank Principal De La Cruz and Athletic Coordinator Resendez on the opportunity to keep serving the North Side Community. I also want to thank Coach Rumfield for his mentorship these last few years. I truly believe we have the best young men around, and there is no where else I'd rather be. Let's work.

We would like to wish the best of luck to the eight FWISD schools who will be representing us in the UIL Baseball Playoffs! Paschal and Arlington Heights ended the district season as Co-Champions of District 7-5A and Benbrook finished as the undefeated 8-4A District Champs. Great job coaches and athletes!
