Many good things happen when your job is relocated to Dallas Fort Worth; however, after the rollercoaster of settling down, you may feel that you are not enjoying your job the way you planned.
I know the feeling...I have been there!

The good news is that there are things you can start doing today.

Here you have three TIPS that work for me:
Tip #1: Identify and DO something GOOD for YOU.
Tip #2: Do something that THRILLS YOU.
Tip #3: Do something GOOD for SOMEBODY else.

Stay tuned because, over the next few days, I will go deep into those three TIPs.

There are three strategies to find meaning at work:
Creating, experiencing and having an attitude.

Creating: giving something from you to your work by making, helping, serving or donating something.

Experiencing: receiving what your job gives you and identifying how valuable it is for you and for your loved ones.

Attitude: being humble to face each situation, each challenge, even if you cannot control it. This is how you assume each situation and how you decide to react to it.

Have you ever wondered what the mission of your work is? I have asked myself many times, especially since I moved to DFW.
Each person is unique and experiences work differently.
Work meaning is to identify the things that matter in our job and to take actions to pursue them.
It means to make something so valuable that builds a better life for you and for others.
It's a direction, a north, a possibility, a pesonal mission to acomplish.
