In January 2nd 2023 one of the goals for this 2023 was return to be in shape.
It may not look very different, but the true is more emotional deep.
A year ago I was in great shape competing in karate and lifting weights , had two jobs start my own business and then I had the visit of my mom who ending pass away 🙏🏼R.I.P After that , the grief just simply kill all the ambitions that I had. Ending the year growing in ways but I didn’t do anything physically and all the effort of the year go down the hill in a couple of months.
I putted on my vision board the goal of reach my great shape cuz made me feel confident.
After 8 months of training I wanna share with you that is Okey feeling the sadness and sorrow, but for respect of your own person don’t let that became bigger than you. Face it ., became who you really are, and don’t let the emotions decide who you must be. ❤️ you are not alone 🙏🏼
