As I sit here and ponder on the last five to six years that I’ve had an FFL and a storefront I think of all the customers and people that I’ve met. It’s really harder than I thought it was gonna be. The competition was much more than I ever anticipated. It makes my regulars and the ones that always called me first mean more. I’m gonna take a break for awhile and get back on my feet one day and do this again I hope. I’m gonna have my license for those that that still want the small guy experience and don’t want to support the big box places. I’ve got a few more weeks left in me, and a few pieces of inventory left to move (and know I’m not giving them away). I’ve got to figure some business aspect about the next move out and see what my future holds. It’s been a ride and it’s been awesome. Thanks again everyone. Please come by and see if we can make a deal on what’s left.

Reminder for those newbies our hours are 10am-5pm Wed-Friday. Mondays and Tuesdays can be appointment only days for transfers, this week will be hard I will be in and out Monday and out for sure Tuesday. Thanks for understanding. Gotta get this kiddo to college

This is why FFLs are hesitant, we hardly get any guidance from the ATF at any time during business. This is why we are a little skeptical. Then, we have customers call and get upset at a government that we’ve been told never to trust. But, suddenly we are supposed to trust that everything is gonna be fine. Just be patient please.

We’re all very excited to see what comes of the Suppressor Law Changes, but as of this post, the ATF has not given FFLs any guidance on how to proceed with these transfers. For the protection of our selves and our customers, we will not be doing “Over the counter transfers” of NFA items until we have some clarity on how to proceed. We hope to start soon once the ATF provides an update for the industry FFLs. We will keep you posted as soon as we know something. In the meantime time, NFA wait times are short and we’d be happy to hold or process your order as usual.

‼️‼️The court ruling in Texas has everyone excited, us included! We have decided that before transferring any Suppressors mentioned in the lawsuit in store, we will wait for DOJ / ATF to clarify how to proceed with any transfers to protect ourselves and our customers.

Once we have those clear instructions from ATF, green light. For now however, we will still continue Form 4’s as usual and will still take care of your NFA needs until further notice. Online sales, please note there is still 15 states that have Form4 registration on their books, ALL online purchases will still be form3’d to another FFL w/ SOT, we cannot speak to other dealers so please call them asking if they will transfer via 4473.
