This post is for those who ride motorcycles like me.

If you’re carrying while riding, your "range gear" shouldn't just be a t-shirt and a ball cap. 🧢
Think about it: You’re wearing a heavy jacket, gloves, maybe a helmet, and your posture is completely different when you’re on the bike versus standing at a flat range. If you aren't practicing your draw and target acquisition in your actual riding gear, you’re training for a scenario that doesn't exist.

• Gloves change your grip.
• Jackets change your draw stroke.
• Helmets change your sight lines.

Don't let the first time you find out your glove doesn't fit in the trigger guard be during a crisis. Gear up, head to a range that allows it, and get those reps in. 🏍️🎯

From the Front Lines to the Firing Line.

Hi everyone! I’m Gianfranco Medina, just call me Gio, and I’ve spent the last 30 years carrying a duty weapon in almost every environment imaginable. My journey started in 1994 as a USMC Machine Gunner (0331), followed by a career in law enforcement where I graduated as the Top Gun officer in my academy class and earned my SWAT certification.

After deploying to Afghanistan with the Georgia Army National Guard to train the Afghan National Police, and serving with the Georgia National Guard Counter Drug Task Force, I’ve transitioned into the federal sector with BOP/DOJ and now the DOT/FAA.

Why train with me? I’ve been the "Top Gun" in both civilian and military units, but my real passion is passing those skills on to you. I specialize in taking the intimidation out of fi****ms and replacing it with confidence, discipline, and elite-level fundamentals. Whether you've never touched a gun or just bought your first one, I’m here to help you start your journey the right way.
