Good morning guys. I am excited to take you on an adventure with me. I really love exercise. It just feels so good. One thing about me is I'm prediabetic and I was scared/still scared of becoming diabetic.. I am working on lifestyle balance
In the next several weeks.1) I want to help us find time to get physically active. 2)How to ask for what you want at a restaurant. 3)Going to discuss things to Keep around you at home and work.4) get rid of things that disrupt u from losing weight.5) stop negative Thoughts and replace with positive ones 6) help us get back on our feet again when we mess up 7) how to handle stress social events and other people who make it hard to lose weight
First step in weight loss is to know where we are starting from and reduce your body weight by 7%. Hop on a scale and see the numbers I are starting at 280
Take your current weight X 0.93
(280 x 0.93) What does that equal ? mine in 255.5
255.5 is my new goal weight aka -7% body weight
So take Start weight - goal weight=x
280- 255.5= 24.5lbs
Week 1 goal is to walk 2.5 hours of activity . Example take a 30 min walk 5 x per week write it down and write down EVERYTHING you eat and drink Mon - Friday and what time example below
