Great follow this spring. Coaches Christy Diller, Charlie Vasey, Matt Kuess, and Kierra Wendel have done great things with this group and the athletes continue to respond.

What is one thing all the athletes listed below have in common? They all take the Strength and Conditioning class during their school day under the eyes of the best in the business Coach Block. The progress and results, for both male and female athletes, speak for themselves.

The method is simple. Sign up. Show up. Put in the work. Learn from great coaches and teachers. Achieve things you didn't think you could do.

If you're not swinging a bat in the spring, consider hitting the track. More to come.

Had to take a moment to give a huge congratulations to Fort Recovery junior Isaac Roessner on breaking the school record in the long jump last week with a mark of 21 feet 5.5 inches.

If you know Isaac, you know this was 100% earned and deserved. From his year-round commitment to strength and conditioning, to his leadership on the field, to being the spiritual presence leading pregame prayer—he truly embodies commitment, integrity, and relationships.

I hope he breaks this record a dozen more times himself before it’s all said and done. This is just the beginning.

Be great.
