☹️Friday, June 5th - Sam’s last class! Join us for a brief workout and a potluck of all her favorite things! Check the socially page for more details!

➡️ June 8th - New Ownership transfer! Come meet our new owner and lead instructor, Molly Scarborough! If you’ve already done your first class free, you get another new one under new ownership!

☕️ Saturday, June 13th - Walk, Run, Coffee at 9am! Meeting at the park in old palmetto this is always fun and always free. Plan to walk for 20 minutes each direction and then get some free iced coffee at the park provided by iStroll!

🫶Monday, June 15th - Play date after class! Plan to meet at the splash pad next to the purple park!

📖 Friday, June 19th - Storytime after class! Stay to enjoy a fun story + an extra bonus fun for your kiddos!

💃 Thursday, June 25th - Members’ Night Out! Check out our socially page for more details as this date gets closer, you’re not gonna want to miss this one!

iStroll Fort Polk monthly activities!

🪅Monday, May 4th - Cinco de Mayo themed class, just our usual workout sets with a fun twist!

☕️Wednesday, May 6th - Walk, run, coffee! Our favorite day of the month! This month we are partnering with the AFWC for their walk & learn event. This starts at 8:30am in parking lot A of BJACH! Free iced coffee, stress management tips, & ~1 mile walk!

🫶Friday, May 15th - Baby Class! Bring a small pack of diapers to workout with and then we’ll hand them over to our mama Cassie S! Any size, any brand, all are appreciated! If you come to class & forget to bring them I’ll have extras for you to use!

🥳 Saturday, May 16th - play date + coffee at the park in old palmetto! Join us at 9:30 to get those morning wiggles out & enjoy some free iced coffee at the park WRC style!

🤩 Tuesday, May 19th - Afternoon/Evening Family Fun Day! Details will be shared on the socially page as the date gets closer! Not on the socially page and want more details?? Message us or comment below!

⏰ TIME CHANGE! Class will begin at 9am starting on May 25th for the summer season! Expect it to stay this time until it cools off here in Louisiana!

💪Friday, April 3rd - Benchmark day at Holmlund Courts! Come see how much progress you have made so far & continue working toward the goals you have set for yourself! We’ll also be doing a kiddo Easter egg hunt afterwards so bring a bag or basket for your kids!

💗 Monday, April 6th - Easter themed class, come for the fun sets and get egg-celent movement in!

🫶Friday, April 10th - Blessing blanket day! Bring anything you’d like to donate/gift to a new home, but limit it to a few good quality items! This can be home decor, mama clothes, baby clothes, toys, etc. After class we will have the opportunity to take home some new treasures and donate what is left over.

☕️Wednesday, April 15th - Walk, run, coffee! Our favorite day of the month! This event is free, fun, and open to everyone - bring a friend and let them come check out our amazing community. We walk 20 minutes each direction and then enjoy coffee, provided by iStroll, afterwards! We will plan to meet at Honor field!

💃Sunday, April 19th - Afternoon/Evening MNO! Details will be shared on the socially page as the date gets closer! Not on the socially page and want more details?? Message us or comment below!

🚲 Wednesday, April 22nd - BYOW! Bring your own wheels! Bring those scooters, bikes, trikes, and let the kids ride while we workout! Also, we may have a fun Earth Day themed set!!!

📖 Friday, April 24th - Storytime and SNACK! Join us for a fun treat after class while we listen to a fun story!

And that concludes our March member spotlight!! We’ve introduced you to ~almost~ everyone here at iStroll Fort Polk! Some people are more introverted & that is okay!

Every person that’s been spotlighted had their “day one” and every single one of them are glad that they did!!! This community is so uplifting, encouraging, & supportive and all it’s missing now, is YOU!

We’re wrapping up this month which means we’re almost done with our member spotlight!! Today, we’d love to introduce you to: Samantha Sanger!

She’s the owner & lead instructor of this location! She’s been a member of other locations as well. Her hometown is Chesapeake, VA. Her favorite workout movement is squats!! One positive story or experience she wants to share about is, “iStroll has truly made my time at Fort Polk so amazing, the village of people and community that has come from this group has been such a blessing to me! Not to mention the weight loss & overall increase in physical activity I’ve found with iStroll!!”
