Some good, and some bad. The key to living a happy and healthy life, is to learn how to cope with these stresses. Have you ever wanted to try something new to get you back to feeling like the person you want to be? Ever just needed a little extra motivation to get you headed in the right direction? Running Friends is here to help motivate people in Southwest Florida that are looking for something

new to help change their lives. The best part is, you will also be making new friends at the same time! No matter what your level or experience of running is, come check us out at one of our meet ups...we will guarantee that at the very least, you will get laugh out of it!

Mother Nature said NO RUNNING.
We said FINE… WE’LL JUST HANG OUT WITH OUR BESTIES. 😂🍻❤️

Because Running Friends isn’t just about the running. It’s about the friendships, the laughs, the post-run beers… and apparently the no-run beers too. 😂

Monday night means Running Friends • holiday or not! ❤️

We showed up, got our miles in, laughed a lot, and spent the evening doing what we do best… running with friends. And let's not forget, we are a drinking group with a running problem! 🍻

Because somewhere along the way, run club stopped being just about running. We’re all friends here. 🫶

🔥 THURSDAY NIGHT RUN CLUB: HOT, HOT, HOT! 🔥

Was it a run… or did we all just agree to jog through a sauna together?! 🥵😂

It was SO. DANG. HOT. tonight, but Running Friends of SWFL still showed up, put in the miles, sweated approximately 47 gallons each, and somehow still had fun doing it. 😂💦

Because that’s what Running Friends do we show up for the miles, but we stay for the people. ❤️

If you survived tonight’s run, give yourself some credit. That Florida heat was NO JOKE! 🔥☀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
