Peyton's breaking down one of the most recognizable submissions in jiu jitsu — and showing exactly why it works when it's done right. 🥋

The triangle is one of those techniques that looks simple until you're the one stuck in it. Angle, squeeze, finish. Come learn it on the mat.

First class is free — link in bio.

IBJJF Charlotte Open - NoGi day today. Great to see the coaches represent. Coach Bill finished 1-1🥇🥈vs the same tough, younger, heavier opponent. Coach Peyton took home 🥈 in his adult, brown IBJJF debut. We will continue to build from this launch point. Back to the lab in the morning, more to do 🔬🧠👊

As the 4 year olds move up, the 3 year olds are turning 4 — and that means it's their turn. 🥋

Our 4 year old class is age restricted for a reason. It's specifically designed for where they are developmentally — the way they learn, the way they move, the way they process new things.

And right now, we have availability. If your little one is turning 4 or turned 4, this is their moment.
