I said yes.

I’ve been accepted to teach at the Sedona Yoga Festival this year—leading two workshops:
The Power of Thought and The Science of Stillness.

Both topics feel deeply personal.
Because I’ve lived both sides of them.

The constant mental noise.
The pressure to keep going.
The feeling that if I just think differently or do more, I’ll finally arrive.

And then the realization…
That clarity doesn’t come from more noise.
It comes from creating space.

These sessions are about that space.
Learning how to work with your thoughts instead of being run by them.
Learning how to access stillness, even when life doesn’t slow down.

Grateful for the opportunity to share this work in a place like Sedona.
It feels aligned in a way that’s hard to explain, but easy to feel.

Ever notice how we talk about energy like it’s something we spend? We say things like “I’m out of energy” or “I need more coffee.” But energy isn’t just about what we consume — it’s about what we create.

This week I cut out coffee. I expected to drag, to feel foggy and slow. Instead, I noticed something unexpected: clarity. My natural rhythm started to come back. I could actually feel when my energy was high, when it dipped, and what helped me restore it.

There’s more to sustainable energy than caffeine or sleep (though those matter). It’s how we manage our mental focus, emotional charge, and physical flow throughout the day — so we can access our best state when it matters most.
