Today was our last boot camp of this years Biggest Loser Challenge! I am very honored to have been able to work with each of you. I hope you keep exercising and stay healthy!! I am always at the gym ..... Please stop and say hey and if you are able join me in my other classes or any of the classes offered at the gym!!!

It was a small boot camp - spring break is upon! If you are on vacation please make the time to still workout. I want to thank the ones that were able to make it today.....Tina, Sandy, and June! I want to mention Alexandria who did show up but wasn't able to stay because of the "open shoe" policy in child watch for her oldest daughter. You ladies rock
