I will be available at Powerhouse Gym Laurel for office hours, meet & greets, free consultations, and training conversations.

This is for anyone who wants to stop by, introduce themselves, ask questions, talk about goals, or see what type of training would fit them best.

Join my Martial Arts Fitness Training community for beginner and intermediate friendly training focused on movement, striking-based fitness, conditioning, and skill progression.

Live classes are currently paused for 30 days.

My Monday, Wednesday, and Friday live classes are canceled for now until the schedule is updated and resumed.

However, members still have access to the 12-class Martial Arts Fitness Training series so you can see my coaching style, follow the workouts, and train at your own pace.

No equipment needed. Just you, open space, and effort.
