A tough way to close out our 7’s season.

Your Stags came into State as the fifth seed and battled our way to a sixth place finish overall. Not the ending we were hoping for, but this group never stopped fighting for each other all night long.

One of our favorite parts of the night was seeing so many alumni on-site, supporting the Stags. We had over a dozen former players there supporting the boys (with a couple not pictured). That support means so much and says everything about the culture our program continues to build.

Thank you to everyone who came out, supported, hosted, volunteered, played, coached, or cheered us on this season. 7’s may be over, but we’re not done yet!

Next up: a brand new 3-week 15’s season. Info on that to come! Let’s keep rolling!!

A heartbreaking, unfortunate loss to Cedar Falls within the last seconds of the match. 22-20.
