Save this quick and easy high protein breakfast for when you’re short on time! ⏰
If you don’t think that you have time for a healthy breakfast, then this post is for you. There is no cooking required, and can be put together in less than 60 seconds!

This has been my daily breakfast for the past few weeks and I love the low effort it requires. You can also keep it fresh with little variations, like adding hot sauce to the eggs, swapping the orange for an apple, or mixing in some jelly with your cottage cheese!
