And just like that… our 12U season has come to an end.
What a journey it has been.
We leave Colorado with full hearts, endless gratitude, and so much excitement for what’s ahead. This week gave us memories we’ll carry forever.
Today’s loss doesn’t take away from everything this team has accomplished. The final score will never define the heart, grit, resilience, leadership, and love these girls have shown all season long. We all know, it still hurts, but they are so much bigger than softball. This game simply gave them a place to find one another! They’ve become teammates, friends, and family.
As a coach, it’s hard to put into words what this group means to me. Watching them grow on and off the field has been one of the greatest blessings. This team is truly special, and I couldn’t be prouder of who they are becoming.
While one chapter closes, another one is just beginning.
14U we’re ready. Ready for the challenges, the growth, the memories, and everything that comes next. I can’t wait to watch these girls continue to chase big dreams and become even stronger together.
