Hello Everyone, I am starting this page to give my knowledge of Baseball to others and help them become the best they can be. When I played I went for the top everytime. I wouldnt settle for “this is enough reps” when I knew I was cutting myself short. So coming from a very big sports family I learned from a very young age how to throw and hit a baseball and from there I fell in love. For the next 18 years I lived, breathed and tasted baseball (typically because I was sliding head first and getting dirt in my mouth haha). I played all through HS. Made Varsity as a starter my Sophomore year and went on to play a year of college ball. Little shoulder injury is holding me back so while I train to get back I hope to train you or your kids to achieve any and all goals they have for themselves
