I know it's been ages since I posted here...sorry about that. I needed some time. And I'll probably share more on that later. But I started a boot camp week and just wanna post my progress.

**Anyone else active with anything right now? Comment or like if you even see this, lol.**

Anyway, about today. It was HARD, like HARDER than when I started Insanity (my very first program, minus the ugly, snotty cry...Hector hasn't been home so he's not watching me this time, lol) This morning, I couldn't move from yesterday. But, Day2 of my week-long program is done!!
I'm not sore anymore... YET... but I will definitely be thankful this week that we still have a one story house right now!!

Getting back to a schedule I figured what worked for the longest time was after work-workouts, while I made dinner. I slept better, was in a better mood, etc. So getting back on track with programs and schedules I knew this was the best plan for me, even though I don't have to leave the house anymore. Plus, maybe Hector can join in on days he's home early and that makes it a lot easier to keep going or work harder (at least that day!).

This year has been so hard for me to stay on a schedule, to finish a program, and to be consistent for more than a week. I get started, take a few days (or a week, shhhh....) and then just start something new or jump around instead of finishing what I started.

**Do you have any tricks for finishing things? For keeping a schedule (workouts or LIFE IN GENERAL, I kinda live life...play it by ear style, that makes a lot of people in my life, umm uneasy)?**

So much done today...dishes, two loads of laundry, swept, vacuumed, pool time, some slip'n slide fun, and all without any extra "boost" of energy. Time for some real sweat and a little kick of energy to help me really give it my all. I'm meeting up with my main man Shaun in the comforts of my living room today, feeling excited for what he has in store for me. While the girls dry off and have some lunch. Should be done before they are done ;)

MY TIME...I've spent so much time telling people what to do and what they need to change. Deep down knowing I have issues, but I've been resistant to working on most of them. Picking and choosing what I allow to change and evolve. My "flaws" revolve around habits, everything is a habit if you think about it. The layers of me that I want to make better have roots from all different times in my life. Almost finished with my first book of this year and can't wait to share on my blog about my thoughts and takeaways. How I will put what I've read into practice...Creating better habits that will effect all parts of my life!!

Leftover Roast
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cup 0% greek yogurt
Brown rice "egg style" noodles
=21 Day Fix approved Beef Stroganoff

If you don't have leftovers, just substitute a lean ground beef, chicken, or turkey
